You delay what matters, even when you care deeply.
You keep chasing, but never feel fulfilled.
You experience moments of clarity, but can’t sustain them.
You feel stuck, even when nothing is stopping you.
You stay busy, but feel strangely empty.
You understand what is right, yet don’t always live it.
You feel heavy without knowing why.
You push, strive, and exhaust yourself.
You glimpse harmony, but it slips away.
You numb yourself to get through the day.
You overstimulate to feel alive.
None of these are failures. They are Guna Patterns. They have a name. They have a path. And that path is older than most problems.

Bhagwad Geeta

The First and Foundational Source
The Bhagavad Gita is the only scripture upon whose knowledge the entire universe can function. Not a claim made lightly but the conclusion of centuries of study across traditions, cultures and continents.
It is within the Bhagavad Gita that the Trigunas — Tamas, Rajas and Sattva — are named and described for the first time in ancient history. Chapters 14, 17 and 18 form the doctrinal backbone of Triguna Yog Tarini.
What makes the Gita singular is not its philosophical depth alone, but its universality of application. Every person, in every walk of life — student, professional, parent, seeker, householder, ascetic — can open this text and find within it something that speaks directly to the life they are living.
TYT was built on this very conviction — It is a living document for the living day.
The Bhagavad Gita is also available to you as Weekly Bhagavad Gita study classes. This is offered for those of you who wish to meet this text directly — verse by verse, layer by layer, in their own time and at their own depth.

The Raw Philosophy of What You Actually Are
The Vedantic texts — Ashtavakra Gita, Viveka Chudamani and Vigyan Bhairav Tantra — do not offer comfort before truth. They offer truth itself, undiluted. Their teaching is Advaita: non-duality. The Atman or The Brahman. And the purpose of human life is to realise this as direct experience.
This may seem remote from a corporate deadline or a student’s examination. It is not.
— Everything in this material world is a reflection of a superior spiritual truth. Nothing you experience is false, but a half-truth waiting to be completed. And this is precisely where TYT draws its deepest rationale.
Every step of the Triguna Yog Tarini program, however practical, however grounded in the body, the mind, the workplace, the daily schedule — is ultimately a movement of the soul toward Sattva. And as the soul moves toward Sattva, something remarkable begins to happen in the material dimension: it begins to receive what it previously chased. Not because the world has changed, but because the quality of the one engaging with it has.
In the language of today: TYT is a call to come out of the matrix. Not by abandoning the game — but by winning it from a different level of consciousness. Your goals, your career, your relationships, your ambitions may remain your primary reason for initiation; the ancient Vedantic path will serve them, even as it carries you, quietly and inevitably, further.
योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः

The Psychology of Mastery
The Yoga Sutras, composed by Maharishi Patanjali are the most condensed philosophical language known to the world. They are a complete psychological manual and arguably the most precise and comprehensive one. From the obstacles of a human being created by the mind and intellect to how the body responds to them, and the process to master them, everything is ciphered in these very sutras.
What makes the Yoga Sutras foundational to TYT is their deeply psychological orientation. The Sutras map every obstacle a human being encounters on the path toward their own potential. Distraction, dullness, doubt, restlessness, disease, grief, despair — each one is named, located, understood and addressed. Not through suppression, and not through indulgence, but through the systematic cultivation of awareness and mastery.hieve, with consistency and without destruction, all that they truly will to achieve.
The Diagnostic Layer — For Those Ready to Go Deeper
Tarot and Jyotish — Vedic astrology — at their deepest level, are systems of self-discovery. Yes, the symbols of the Tarot and the configuration of planets, zodiacs and houses in a birth chart do tell you what will happen to you. But they majorly tell you who you already are, beneath the version of yourself you have learned to present to the world.
The combination of planetary positions, zodiac influences and archetypal symbols creates a precise and often startling map of the individual’s inner landscape:
Their tendencies,
Their blind spots,
The unconscious patterns they carry,
The potentials that have not yet been claimed, and so on.
Together, Tarot and Jyotish allow the inquiry to move across the surface and into the roots of life.
Within TYT, this is an optional and advanced entry point. It is available as an initial diagnostic session — a deep counselling encounter before you begin the program of your choice — designed to make whatever program you enter more precisely calibrated to your individual situation. Not generally Sattvic. Specifically yours.
This offering is not for everyone, and it is presented with that honesty. It is recommended for those who have dedicated a genuine period of time to working on themselves. For those who are ready to look clearly at what is happening in their life, why, at what level, and from where it is coming from.
For those who are willing to come out the other side renewed.
If that is you, this is where we begin.
The Story of Vaidika
For Vaidika, the journey has never been about becoming—it has always been about discovering what remains true beneath change.
Shaped by early encounters with loss, responsibility, and emotional depth, her path led her inward—not to escape life, but to understand it with clarity. What began as a search for stability slowly transformed into a practice of stillness, observation, and honest self-inquiry.
Her work is grounded in lived experience. Through meditation and silence, she cultivated a way of seeing that is both intuitive and discerning—where insight arises not from theory, but from presence.
Over time, tarot, breathwork, and yogic philosophy integrated seamlessly into her approach. Not as tools of prediction, but as frameworks for awareness, helping individuals reconnect with their own inner intelligence.
Triguna Yoga Tarini is an extension of this journey—a space designed to explore, balance, and ultimately move beyond the forces that shape the human experience.
Vaidika continues to walk this path, with depth, humility, and an unwavering commitment to truth.
